Step4: Making document

  1. In Project Editor, click "Make Document" button to start document making.

  2. DocBuilder will generate the document according to the structure of doc-tree. A "Making Document" toolbar is displayed, so you can abort at any time by clicking "Stop Document Making" button.

  3. When document making finished, a message box will pop up, telling you how to return to project edit mode.
  4. Browse the document generated by clicking nodes in doc-tree, you will find that DocBuilder has generated a Table of Contents automatically for you, and all heading titles has been numbered automatically in outline style. Modify the document until you are satisfied.


 

  1. Click "Make Document" again to return to project edit mode, and DocBuilder will ask you to save the final document. Now we have finished this simple writing task.
